If you think weather change, raining, drought, tsunami, hurricane etc. are natural phenomena, either you’re too young to understand or you’re outdated. Now a days, humans can control weather as “BOON or BANE”. According to GEEK, BBC and many more they claim Hurricane Harvey and Irma were man made.
World renowned physicist Dr. Michio Kaku made a shocking confession on live TV when he admitted that HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is responsible for the recent spate of hurricanes. In an interview aired by CBS, Dr. Kaku admitted that recent ‘man-made’ hurricanes have been the result of a government weather modification program in which the skies were sprayed with nano particles and storms then “activated” through the use of “lasers”. The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was created in the early 1990’s as part of an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
Obviously, the government (USA) doesn’t wants you to know more about it and keep it hidden just like Cloud Making Machine and Chemtrails. Chemtrails is poisonous chemicals spread by aircraft. It is confirmed by one of the aircraft pilot.
NASA is making clouds and using it for own purpose since years. According to BBC documentary the machine is planted in Texas which covers 125000 acres of land.
